Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. To initiate a return, contact us at info@briumi.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and Issues Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and correct it. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including: Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Personal care goods (such as beauty products) Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses Briumi ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. The tracking number(s) will be provided within up to 2 business days and will be active within 24 hours. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Briumi is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Multiple Suppliers Please note that we work with multiple suppliers. Therefore, if your order contains items from more than two suppliers, you may receive your order in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking number.
